All orders under $200 (after discounts and taxes) will have a flat shipping rate of $6 within Canada. Any order above $200 will be shipped free anywhere in Canada. All international orders will be charged a $10 Shipping and Brokerage fee rather than the standard $6 shipping fee.
Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem with the order you received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be unopened, sealed, and in the original packaging in order for us to accept them as returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded, only the cost of the product being returned. GoodLife Nutritional Supplements will give refunds on a case-to-case basis. Returned products will be mailed back to our warehouse at the expense of the customer unless GoodLife Nutritional Supplements and the customer agree upon other arrangements.
